This adaptive reuse of a 1980s complex of buildings, including 16,500 square feet of unutilized warehouse space, transforms the building into a state-of-the-art, climate controlled vehicle storage, event space, clubroom and flex office/light industrial facility. Retractable glass on three facades provides the flexibility to accommodate events of different sizes and programmatic needs, and provides high visibility to passerby, showcasing the gallery’s contents.
