PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This adaptive reuse project transforms a 1980s building complex in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania into a state-of-the-art car showroom, climate-controlled vehicle storage facility, event space, clubhouse, and flex office / light industrial workspace.

The project reimagines 16,500 square feet of underutilized warehouse space as a flexible venue for automotive display, private events, and workplace use. Retractable glass on three facades allows the building to open and adapt to events of different sizes while increasing visibility from the street and showcasing the gallery’s contents.
