PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This new development at 47th and Paschall Avenue in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry neighborhood looks to adapt an existing iron shop into a new mixed-use residential building. The project preserves the iron shop as the development's front door, creating a rich and raw space to be reused as lobby, amenity and a new restaurant/brewery. The 8-story tower provides 124 residential suites, with a mix of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom units.
