ST BONIFACE - A mixed-use [re]development

Although a church will be demolished, the Norris Square Civic Association plans for the campus to carry forward the spirit of the Redemptorists’ mission at St. Boniface, serving immigrants of the past 120 years. St. Boniface will remain a “sacred place” in the community as the center of community services, as a campus with unique design character, and as a link across generations to shared traditions and memories. The generous scale, gabled rooflines and perimeter locations of the existing buildings, define the sanctuary of a central courtyard, which can become the new symbol of sacred place in this [re]development by the Norris Square Civic Association.
